Connect Notion with Oversai to sync knowledge content (articles, guides, FAQs) and provide richer context to your AI Processes. This expands the model’s context window and improves QA accuracy when auditing interactions.
⚠️ Important: Notion Integration Scope
The Notion integration allows Oversai to extract text-based content from Notion pages.
At this time, content from linked databases and images is not included in the extraction process.
Why connect Notion to Oversai?
Enrich AI Processes with up-to-date internal knowledge (policies, SOPs, scripts).
Improve consistency and accuracy in QA evaluations.
