Connect HubSpot to Oversai to sync conversations, contacts, tickets, and user data—enabling QA automation, Voice of Customer (VoC) insights, and operational reporting across your CX and support teams.
Set up in Oversai (Quick & Easy)
Integrating with HubSpot is simple. You’ll need a HubSpot Private App Token.
In Oversai, go to Data → Integrations.
Click Add new connection.
Select HubSpot.
Paste your Private App Token, then save.
Where to get your HubSpot Private App Token
Oversai uses a HubSpot Private App for authentication.
Follow HubSpot’s official guide to create a private app and generate a token:

Once created, copy the Access Token and use it in Oversai.
Required Scopes (Permissions)
Make sure your HubSpot Private App includes all of the following scopes:
crm.objects.contacts.readcrm.objects.owners.readticketsconversations.readsettings.users.teams.readcrm.schemas.custom.readcrm.objects.users.read
These permissions allow Oversai to correctly ingest conversations, tickets, users, teams, and CRM data.
