Connect Intercom to Oversai to sync conversations, users, and support data—so you can power QA automation, Voice of Customer (VoC) insights, and operational reporting.
Set up in Oversai (Quick & Easy)
Integrating with Intercom is simple—you’ll just need your Intercom App ID and an Access Token.
In Oversai, go to Data → Integrations.
Click Add new connection.
Select Intercom.
Paste your App ID and Token, then save.
