How to export or extract data from Oversai via API

The Export Center in Oversai allows you to download your data in a convenient CSV format from the products you have active, such as AI Process, Voice of Customer (VoC), Quality Assurance (QA), and more. This makes it easy to run additional analysis, create custom reports, or integrate data into your BI tools.

Exporting data through the Export Center

  • You can export up to 15,000 records at a time.

  • To access the Export Center:

    1. Go to the left menu → Settings → Export Center.

    2. Select the date range you want to export.

    3. Choose the product (AI Process, VoC, QA, etc.).

    4. Click Export.

⚡ The system will take some time to process your request, depending on the data volume.
Once it’s ready, you will see a message: “Export completed successfully”.
Click the Download button on the right-hand side to get your CSV file.

Note: Files are available for 24 hours before they expire.

Exporting larger datasets via API

If you need to extract larger volumes of data, Oversai also provides an API option.

  • To access the documentation:
    Go to the left menu → Help → API Doc.

  • To get started, simply ask your Account Manager to generate an API key for you.

  • With the API, you can extract data at scale and build customized reports directly into your BI solution.
