QA Evaluations Dashboard – View & Delete Evaluations Easily

What is it?

The Evaluations View is a powerful feature within the Oversai platform, found under:
Apps → QA → Evaluations

This section gives you full visibility into the QA evaluations completed by your team, whether they were triggered via inbox routers or created manually through stand-alone evaluations.


🔍 What can you see here?

At a glance, you'll find a list of all your QA evaluations, along with important information to help you monitor and manage quality efforts effectively. This includes:

  • Type: Indicates whether the evaluation was a Stand-Alone or Inbox evaluation

  • Created Date: When the evaluation was originally completed

  • Last Updated: When any changes were last made

  • Score: The final quality score received

  • Achieved Status: Whether the evaluation passed or failed

  • Assigned Agent: The team member who was evaluated

  • Evaluator: The person who performed the evaluation

You can also click into any evaluation to view its full details, including section-by-section performance and any feedback left by the evaluator.


🗑️ Deleting Evaluations

Need to remove an evaluation from your reports?
From this same view, admins and QA managers can easily delete evaluations if necessary—whether due to incorrect scoring, testing, or other internal reasons. This ensures your QA reporting remains clean and accurate.

⚠️ Please note: Only users with the appropriate permissions will be able to perform deletions.
